Turkmen Tennis Players Shine at ATF International Tournament in Bahrain

Turkmen tennis players achieved remarkable results at the “A” category international tournament for girls under 14, held in Isa Town, Bahrain, under the auspices of the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF). Competitors from 17 countries participated.

12-year-old Sülgün Işangulyýewa won a silver medal in doubles, while 13-year-old Näzli Hudaýgulyýewa achieved the best result among Turkmen participants in singles, reaching the quarterfinals. Their performance paves the way for participation in “Junior Wimbledon” and “Australian Open 2027.”
