Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan Transported Over 4 Million Tons of Oil via Baku Transit

In 2025, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan transported 4 million 122 thousand 300 tons of oil through the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline.

According to "Report.az," citing the State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan, this figure accounts for 15.2 percent of the total volume transported through the relevant pipeline.

In total, 27 million 179 thousand 200 tons of oil were transported via the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan pipeline in 2025.

The Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline stretches over a distance of 1,768 kilometers. It carries crude oil extracted from the Caspian Sea from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, through Georgia to the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean Sea.
