Turkmenistan and Turkey develop exchange cooperation
From July 22 to 23, 2026, a delegation of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) is on a working visit in the city of Ankara. The Turkmen delegation held a number of important meetings at the Union of Product Exchanges of Turkey (TÜRİB).
As part of the two-day working program, with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of SCRMET, Yusup Amansaryýew, and the Deputy Head of the Legal and Personnel Department, Azat Jelilow, the parties held a detailed exchange of information and experience regarding the functioning mechanisms of the licensed warehouse system, the ELÜS (electronic product documents) market, authorized classification, TÜRİS applications, and agricultural product markets.
During the visit, the Turkmen delegation will get acquainted on-site with the operations of the Polatlı Commodity Exchange, the services of modern laboratories, and licensed storage facilities.
It is noted that this visit will make a major contribution to further strengthening exchange cooperation between the exchange institutions of Turkmenistan and Turkey and ensuring the efficient development of commodity markets.
