
Representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan took part in the 3rd meeting of the General Assembly of the Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic States held in Astana, Kazakhstan. They presented Turkmenistan’s economic potential, export capacity, and open policy toward international cooperation.
During the meeting, the parties discussed strengthening economic cooperation, developing trade relations, and implementing joint projects among Turkic states. This was reported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
Participants also exchanged views on expanding business ties and sharing experience among chambers of commerce and industry of the member states.
The Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic States was established in 2019 and serves as an effective international platform for developing trade and economic cooperation among Turkic countries. Currently, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Türkiye are full members, while Hungary and Northern Cyprus participate as observers.
