Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand Presented Copies of Credentials

On February 9, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Thailand (residing in Kuala Lumpur) M.B. Mashalov met with the Head of the Protocol Department of Thailand’s MFA, Chakkrid Krachaivong, during which copies of his credentials were presented.

The Thai side congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to this responsible position, wished him great success, and expressed readiness to provide assistance and support in carrying out his diplomatic work.

During the meeting, the parties highlighted the importance of high-level negotiations in developing bilateral dialogue and discussed possibilities for organizing visits and meetings of the two countries’ heads of state.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain regular contact at the level of the foreign affairs departments of both countries to further strengthen cooperation between Ashgabat and Bangkok.
