
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan B. Annamammedov reported at the regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held in digital format on Friday that in January 2026, the plan for products manufactured and work carried out by the country’s construction and industrial complex was fulfilled by 133.9 percent.
According to reports from Turkmenistan’s official media, the plan for products manufactured and work carried out was fulfilled by 105.6 percent by the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, by 119.1 percent by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production, and by 114.9 percent by the Ministry of Energy.
The Vice-Premier noted that this indicator reached 170.8 percent for the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya”.
According to the report, the State Agency for Management of Automobile Road Construction fulfilled the relevant plan by 106.2 percent. The plan for work carried out by the Ashgabat city administration amounted to 112.9 percent.
After listening to the report, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need to exercise strict control over the implementation of planned work in the construction sector, to continue efforts to modernize the operations of the country’s chemical enterprises, and to keep increasing the capacity of the electric power sector constantly in focus.
The Head of State also instructed the Vice-Premier to strengthen control over the construction and maintenance of roads and to keep under supervision the work aimed at constructing buildings and facilities with high quality and commissioning them within the established сроки.
