Turkmenistan’s Ministry of Railways Announces International Competition
The Ministry of Railways of Turkmenistan announces an open international competition №TDYUM-001 for developing a feasibility study for the modernization of the Ashgabat — Turkmenbashi railway.
To participate in the competition, applicants must:
- Submit a written application indicating full name, legal form, legal address, and bank details;
- Provide copies of registration and founding documents;
- Provide a power of attorney for an authorized representative and a copy of their passport;
- Obtain the technical assignment and full set of competition documents.
Evaluation of proposals will begin after the competition fee is transferred to the account of the Ministry of Railways of Turkmenistan.
Notes:
- Proposals from companies registered in offshore zones or with offshore bank accounts will not be accepted;
- Specialized companies with experience in similar projects are invited to participate.
Documents are accepted in two separate envelopes (technical and commercial proposals) at the following address: Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 162, Ministry of Railways, Room 910 (9th floor), from 09:00 to 18:00 local time.
Proposals are accepted within 30 working days from the date of publication in the newspaper Neýtralnyý Turkmenistan.
