The State Concern “Turkmennebit”, on behalf of the tender commission, has re-announced three international open tenders for the procurement of material and technical resources. Only manufacturers of goods that meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation may participate in the tenders.
The tenders provide for the procurement of vehicles, tractors and specialized equipment, spare parts for them, chemical products and auxiliary materials, as well as pipes and metal products.
Tender No. 165/1 — vehicles, tractors and specialized equipment
Lot 4 of International Open Tender No. 165/1 concerns “Vehicles, tractors, specialized equipment, components and spare parts”. The announced tender period is from August 5 to September 15, 2026.
Tender No. 196/2 — chemical products
Lot 5 of International Open Tender No. 196/2 is conducted for “Chemical products and auxiliary materials”. Bids for this tender are accepted from August 10 to September 18, 2026.
Tender No. 215 — pipes and metal products
Lot 1 of International Open Tender No. 215 has been announced for “Pipes and metal products”. The tender period is set from August 8 to September 18, 2026.
Main participation requirements
Companies wishing to participate in the tenders must submit a written application to the 4th floor of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”, located at 56 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat. The application must indicate the participant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details.
Applications from participants registered in offshore zones or having bank accounts in such zones will not be accepted.
Participants may familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the relevant section of the tender procedures and the list of required documents. They may also obtain lot specifications, technical requirements and the main terms of the contract.
The participation fee for each lot is set at USD 575, including value-added tax, or its equivalent in Turkmen manats. Bank details for making the payment are provided when the written application is submitted.
The specifications of the tender documentation and technical assignments can be viewed on the websites “oilgas.gov.tm” and “turkmennebit.gov.tm”.
Tender bids are accepted within 30 working days from the date of official publication of the relevant notice in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”, and no later than 12:00 local time on the 30th working day. Bids submitted after the established deadline will not be considered.
The complete tender proposal must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the above-mentioned address of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”. The envelope must also contain an electronic copy of the questionnaire and the main terms of the contract in Word format, as well as an electronic copy of the technical and economic specification in Excel format.
