Turkmentelekom Accepts Online Applications for Service Configuration

Turkmentelekom offers customers the opportunity to apply through an electronic form for the configuration of communication services. This service is available to individuals and legal entities throughout the country.

Residents of all regions of Turkmenistan — Ashgabat city, as well as Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary regions — can use this service. It is possible to select the required service, such as internet or cable TV connection, in the application form. To submit an application, the customer must provide their full name, residential address, the contract number with Turkmentelekom, and contact information (home and mobile phone numbers, email). Additionally, the customer can briefly describe the issue in a free text field.

In cases where it is not possible to fix the malfunction independently, it is possible to request a home visit from a technical specialist.
