Universities of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan discussed opportunities for entering international rankings

A video conference meeting was held with the participation of the faculty members of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University and the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Republic of Kazakhstan).

As reported on the official website of TSU, the meeting was organized within the framework of the memorandum of cooperation and mutual assistance.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the possibilities of their higher education institutions entering international educational rankings.

The L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University is among the world's leading universities and holds the 321st position in the "QS World University Rankings 2025."

Magtymguly Turkmen State University, for its part, was included in the prestigious global "Impact Rankings 2025" in 2025, and in 2026, it was entered into the "THE World University Rankings 2026" list with "reporter" status.
