Using too much toothpaste is not recommended. Teeth should be brushed for at least 2 minutes. Brushing too quickly does not remove all food particles between the teeth. Therefore, teeth should be brushed thoroughly and without haste. Toothpaste foam should be completely removed from the mouth, so rinse your mouth several times.
Rinsing without brushing or drinking water with foam can be harmful to health. Brushing should be done without distractions and without talking. Choose a toothbrush and toothpaste that do not damage tooth enamel. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months. An old toothbrush may lead to injuries in the mouth and the growth of bacteria. Store the toothbrush in a covered container or a protected place.
