
Uzbekistan plans to increase its export volume from $40 billion in 2026 to $67 billion by 2030.
According to the “Uzbekistan–2030” strategy, the number of enterprises engaged in export activities will actively expand. In 2026, there will be 7,700 such enterprises, increasing to 15,000 by 2030.
The country also plans to raise the number of foreign tourists from 12 million in 2026 to 20 million in 2030. Special attention is given to pilgrimage tourism, which will grow from 2 million visitors in 2026 to 3 million in 2030.
Uzbekistan aims to expand opportunities for its citizens to travel internationally and simplify border crossing procedures. By 2030, citizens will be able to visit 50 countries visa-free (37 countries in 2026), and the list of countries with simplified entry into Uzbekistan will increase from 45 to 60.
The country also intends to increase renewable energy capacity from 12.2 GW in 2026 to 35 GW in 2030.
