Weather to Warm Up in Turkmenistan, Light Rain Expected

This is stated in the information provided by the Hydrometeorology Service of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan regarding the weather conditions for this week. The information published in today's issue of the "Turkmenistan" newspaper says:

In Ashgabat: Partly cloudy weather, rain in the first half and at the end of the week. Winds shifting from east to northwest at 10–13 m/s, reaching 14–16 m/s. Temperatures at night between +3...+5 and +7...+9 degrees, during the day between +11...+13 and +19...+21 degrees Celsius.

In Balkan Velayat: Partly cloudy weather, rain in the first half and at the end of the week. Winds shifting from east to northwest at 9–14 m/s, reaching 12–17 m/s. Temperatures at night between +2...+7 and +8...+13 degrees, during the day +16...+21 degrees, and +12...+17 degrees Celsius in the coastal areas of the region.

In Ahal Velayat: Partly cloudy weather, rain in the first half and at the end of the week. Winds shifting from east to northwest at 8–13 m/s, reaching 11–16 m/s. Temperatures at night between +2...+7 and +7...+12 degrees, during the day between +9...+14 and +18...+23 degrees Celsius.

In Mary Velayat: Partly cloudy weather, rain in the first half and at the end of the week. Winds shifting from east to northwest at 7–12 m/s, reaching 10–15 m/s. Temperatures at night between +1...+6 and +8...+13 degrees, during the day between +11...+16 and +19...+24 degrees Celsius.

In Lebap Velayat: Partly cloudy weather, rain in the first half and at the end of the week. Winds shifting from east to northwest at 8–13 m/s, reaching 11–16 m/s. Temperatures at night between 0...+5 and +7...+12 degrees, during the day between +10...+15 and +17...+22 degrees Celsius.
