Women of High Esteem

In the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Nation, thanks to the boundless care of our respected President, women of our country are held in high regard. They are the pillars of families and society, playing an important role in raising generations, preserving the sanctity of the family, and continuing and passing down ancient national handicrafts to future generations.

Today, Turkmen women work effectively in various sectors of the economy, science, education, healthcare, agriculture, culture, as well as in military and law enforcement agencies, making a worthy contribution to the development of our country. They work diligently in educating the younger generation, instilling knowledge and values. Their honest labor is duly recognized by the state. By decree of the respected President of Turkmenistan, women are awarded the “Heart of a Woman” order and the honorary title “Maternal Care” – a symbol of the great respect for women.

To highlight the valuable contribution of Turkmen women to the national economy and the education of the younger generation, the Central Council of the Turkmen Women’s Union is currently holding training and consultation meetings under the title “Happy Women of the Era of Great Achievements” in districts and cities of our province. At these meetings in government offices and enterprises in Turkmenabat and districts, special attention is given to pride in national handicrafts, traditions, mentorship, and fostering youth interest in national crafts, arts, and culture.

Such events are of great importance for preserving our national identity, customs, crafts, and for educating youth in the spirit of high morality and ethics.
