In the Dashoguz velayat, mentorship events aimed at improving the professional skills of young specialists working in the oil and gas industry are ongoing.

At the "Yylanly" production enterprise, which is part of the "Dashoguzgazakdyrysh" administration, meetings of experienced gas workers with young specialists and industrial internships were held. The main goal of the events is to transfer production experience to young employees, improve their professional skills, and consolidate theoretical knowledge in practice.

During the meetings, Guychgeldi Kabayev, an engineer of the compressor station service at the "Yylanly" production enterprise, as well as service dispatchers Kemal Toyliyev and Tirkesh Babayev, shared their work experience with young specialists.

Young gas workers got acquainted with the operation of gas receiving, compressor, and regulating equipment, the organization of production processes, and the capabilities of the labor collective.

The "Yylanly" production enterprise is located in the Garashsyzlyk etrap of the Dashoguz velayat, along the route of the Main Gas Pipeline, which is of great importance in exporting Turkmen gas to the world market. The enterprise receives natural gas coming from the "Chollyuk" gas compressor unit of the "Dashoguzgazakdyrysh" administration. After the gas is compressed and purified, it is sent to the "Deryalyk" compressor station located in the west.

Along with supplying natural gas to the local population, the enterprise's specialists participate in ensuring the uninterrupted export of Turkmen gas to foreign markets.

The enterprise has established the operation of compressor, gas distribution, and gas pipeline capacities, as well as an oxygen production plant for construction needs. About 340 workers and specialists work here.

The oxygen plant helps to increase the efficiency of construction and installation work carried out in the construction divisions of the "Dashoguzgazakdyrysh" administration. The enterprise produces about 50 cubic meters of oxygen per hour, which is packed into special cylinders and sent to the administration's local enterprises.

The quality of the produced oxygen is monitored by air cleaning, compressor and separation departments, oxygen filling and cylinder repair departments, as well as a chemical laboratory.

During the meetings, young specialists also showed interest in the work carried out within the framework of the Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030.

Young specialists of the "Dashoguzgazakdyrysh" administration Parahat Ballyyev, Jennet Arazgylyjowa, Dursunjemal Saparmyradowa, Madina Yusupowa, Zebahan Hudaybergenowa, and Aylar Sapargeldiyewa got acquainted with modern production processes carried out at the "Yylanly" production enterprise.

Such events in the format of "mentorship" help increase the production experience of young specialists, improve their professional skills, and train highly qualified personnel for the oil and gas industry.
