Young scholars and professionals from Turkmenistan can apply to participate in the second cohort of the World Trade Organization's (WTO) Youth Talent Incubator Programme. The initiative focuses on exploring issues related to international trade, gender equality, and women's economic empowerment.

The program is designed for researchers, university staff, analytical and research centers, as well as relevant government agencies aged 20 to 35. Applicants are required to have experience working in trade and gender equality or plans to integrate these areas into their research and professional activities.

One of the key conditions for candidates from Turkmenistan is obtaining official support from their institution. The applicant must be formally nominated by a higher education institution, research center, foundation, analytical organization, or other relevant body. In addition, it is necessary to prepare a motivation letter outlining the desire to participate in the program.

The second phase of the program will run entirely online from October 12, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Participation is free of charge, and selected young professionals will be offered mentorship, specialized training, and practical work.

Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and develop professional networks with international experts, as well as representatives of WTO member states. The program plans to select up to 35 participants in total.

Application documents must be submitted by 23:59 Central European Time on September 24, 2026. The selection results are expected to be communicated to candidates via email on October 1.
