During the years of independence, large-scale and mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of science and education has been established between Turkmenistan and foreign countries. As a result, opportunities have emerged for joint scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical cooperation between specialists and scientists from our country and abroad. This collaboration requires mutual understanding and a thoughtful implementation of contemporary needs. In this regard, foreign languages, particularly English and Russian, play a vital role in developing interstate relations across various sectors, including the legal system.
Recently, the textbook "English for International Lawyers" (authors: M. Orazova, A. Ovezova – A.: Turkmen State Publishing Service, 2026) was published for higher education institutions. This textbook is intended for students studying Law, International Law, and International Relations. It consists of 12 units covering various legal topics. It also encompasses general legal concepts, the legal, state, and political systems of Turkmenistan, England, and the USA, as well as legal issues in international cooperation.
We wish sound health and constant success to our Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar, and to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, for providing the opportunities to conduct joint scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical cooperation between local and foreign specialists and scientists. We express our deep gratitude for the opportunities and support provided for the development and improvement of the education system.
