
On April 1, 2026, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan, A. Bayramov, held a meeting with the President of the Turkmen-Japanese Scientific and Technological Association, H. Koinuma, and representatives of several Japanese companies.

The "Tohkemy Corporation" presented its plans to implement modern water treatment equipment and advanced technologies in Turkmenistan. This partnership is not new: since April 2025, this Japanese company has been working closely with the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan, providing a clear example of the integration of science and production.
