Artificial intelligence technologies will be widely used in the enforcement of judicial documents in Uzbekistan.
The President of Uzbekistan has signed a corresponding Decree aimed at digitalizing the enforcement system for judicial and other documents. The document envisions the active introduction of modern technologies, including AI, to increase the efficiency of state executors' work.
According to the Decree, starting from January 1, 2027, at least 70 percent of decisions made by state executors will be carried out automatically. This will accelerate case processing times and reduce the influence of the human factor. All procedures for enforcing judicial documents will be converted into an electronic format, making the workflow more transparent and convenient through the use of information and communication technologies.
Special attention has been given to the financial aspect. The distribution of recovered funds will be fully digitalized, ensuring precise monitoring of fund movements.
Furthermore, another innovation will be introduced starting July 1, 2026. Motor vehicles and real estate to be transferred to the state's revenue based on a court decision will be transferred directly to the State Assets Management Agency based on the state executor's decision.
Previously, the Ministry of Justice registered the Ethical Rules for the development, implementation, and use of AI-based solutions.
