With the aim of developing scientific cooperation within the Turkic world in the legal sphere, the 2nd International Law Congress of Turkic States will be held on November 3–4, 2026, in the city of Nicosia, located in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The congress aims to bring together legal scholars, educators, researchers, and legal practitioners from various countries to discuss current issues in the legal systems of the Turkic states from a scientific perspective.

The Scientific Council of the congress was established under the leadership of the renowned Turkish legal scholar, Professor Dr. Yener Ünver. The members of the council also include Dr. Dovran Orazgylyjov from Turkmenistan.
