“Aýdyn Gijeler” and “Inspur Group”: New Cooperation in Robotics
Turkmenistan's high-tech sector is experiencing a historic turning point. The "Aýdyn Gijeler" Economic Society, the country's leading electronics manufacturer, in collaboration with the renowned Chinese company "Inspur Group Co., Ltd," is working on a robot equipped with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system that can speak and understand the Turkmen language.
The first prototype of this innovative project was showcased during the international scientific and practical conference titled "Turkmenistan — People's Republic of China: 20 Years of Strategic Cooperation in the Gas Industry" held in Ashgabat. During the exhibition tour, Ding Xuexiang, the First Vice Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, praised the achievements of Turkmen specialists in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence.
This project is not just a technological innovation but also a strategic step in the digitalization of national values:

Founded in 2016, the "Aýdyn Gijeler" Economic Society quickly became a leader in Turkmenistan's industrial-technological sector. Operating with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production, the enterprise is currently working with Chinese partners in the following areas:
- Smart TVs, computers, and other household appliances.
- Integrating AI and robotics elements into production.
- Launching local robotics products on the international market in the future.
The development of an AI robot that supports the Turkmen language is a clear indicator of the implementation of Turkmenistan's tasks for transitioning to a digital economy. This innovation will open new horizons in education, medicine, and service sectors.
