
Turkmenistan and Apple’s international education program, the "Apple Developer Academy," discussed opportunities for cooperation in training specialists in digital technologies and programming, including the development of practical skills.
The matter was reviewed on Monday in Naples during a meeting between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Italy, Toyly Komekov, and Giorgio Ventre, the Scientific Director of the "Apple Developer Academy" education program at the University of Naples Federico II. This was reported by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Italy.
During the visit, a meeting was also held with the Rector of the University of Naples Federico II, Professor Matteo Lorito. The parties discussed expanding academic cooperation between Turkmen higher education institutions and the University of Naples in the fields of science, agriculture, and sustainable development, as well as improving the legal and contractual framework for partnership.
As a result of the meetings, an agreement was reached to organize mutual visits of representatives from the scientific and educational communities of both countries to further elaborate on specific areas of cooperation.
Apple Developer Academy is an international educational initiative by Apple that focuses on mobile app development, design, and the foundations of entrepreneurship. Participants gain practical skills for future careers in the information technology sector.
