The State Publishing Service of Turkmenistan has issued a new textbook titled "Sungat öwreniş" (Art Studies), designed specifically for students attending higher education institutions across the country. According to the official website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the publication was co-authored by A. Baylyyeva and A. Kadyrova.

The textbook addresses core aspects of art theory, the classifications and genres of fine arts, techniques of artistic expression, and the dynamic relationship between art and society. Particular emphasis is placed on applying modern scientific methodologies to artwork analysis, fostering critical thinking, research capabilities, and academic exploration among Turkmen university students.
