Best Kindergarten Chefs and Nurses Identified in Turkmenistan

👩🍳🇹🇲 The best cooks and nurses of kindergartens in Turkmenistan have been identified. In the final stage of the professional competition, participants demonstrated their skills in food preparation, child nutrition, sanitation standards, and first aid. Sahabat Nabijanova, a cook from Specialized Kindergarten No. 15 in Farap district of Lebap region, won first place in the “Best Cook” competition.
The best chefs and nurses of the country's kindergartens were identified during the final stage of the annual professional competition held among preschool staff in Turkmenistan.
During the competition, nurses performed precise calculations of daily dietary rations for children of various age groups, while chefs prepared complex meals and decorated a traditional spread featuring over thirty dishes. The jury evaluated not only professional craftsmanship but also compliance with sanitary standards, pediatric dietology rules, and first-aid skills.
Participants from various regions of the country demonstrated high results in the competition. Specifically, Sahabat Nabijanova, a chef at specialized kindergarten No. 15 in the Farap etrap of Lebap velayat, took first place in the "Best Chef" competition. She proved her deep knowledge of pediatric dietology, the correct balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, calorie counting, and gentle cooking technologies.
Following the event, the winners and prize-recipients were awarded special diplomas and valuable gifts by the organizers.
