Key Centers of Cooperation:
Operating in more than 100 countries, "Petronas" prioritizes not only energy projects in Turkmenistan but also a human capital development strategy. Company representatives emphasized their readiness to share technological expertise accumulated over the years and organize short-term professional development courses for Turkmen specialists.
The established cooperation between the Yagshigeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas and "Petronas" is already yielding positive results. Furthermore, the official visit of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Malaysia in 2024 provided a powerful impetus to relations in the education sector, strengthening the legal framework for cooperation between the universities of the two countries.
