From September 8 to 10, the 17th Central Asian International Textile Machinery and Technology Exhibition — "CAITME 2026" will be held at the "Uzexpocentre" National Exhibition Complex in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
As one of the region's major specialized events for the textile and garment industry, the exhibition is expected to feature over 200 companies and brands from Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world.
Modern technologies covering various areas of textile production will be demonstrated at the exhibition. These include cotton ginning and spinning equipment, weaving and knitting machines, garment manufacturing technologies, fabric dyeing and finishing solutions, as well as chemical agents, software, and industrial waste recycling systems.
CAITME 2026 can also become an important platform for experience and cooperation for Turkmenistan's textile enterprises. Turkmen specialists will be able to get acquainted with energy-saving technologies, production automation, and new solutions for improving product quality and enhancing competitiveness at the exhibition.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the TextileExpo Uzbekistan Sourcing Hub project is also scheduled to take place on September 9. This platform aims to engage manufacturers, trading companies, factories, and other industry participants in direct business negotiations utilizing the capabilities of digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
CAITME 2026 will serve as one of the key opportunities for introducing new technologies into Central Asia's textile industry, expanding international business relations, and helping manufacturers enter new markets.
