Celebration of Turkmen Culture in Beijing: "Lead the Tide, Embrace the World"
On May 14, 2026, the 22nd International Youth Culture Festival grandly opened at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing. With the support of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the People's Republic of China, Turkmen students studying at this university celebrated our national values at this international forum.
A national pavilion of Turkmenistan was set up at the festival, which brought together representatives from over a hundred countries. The exhibition prepared by our students became a clear expression of our country's "open doors" policy and cultural diplomacy. Foreign diplomats, representatives of public organizations, and students from various countries showed great interest in the pavilion.
- National Dances: The enthusiastic dances of Turkmen youth showcased the unity and spiritual richness of our people.
- Hospitality: National dishes were served to the guests, demonstrating the best examples of Turkmen hospitality.
- National Progress: An exhibition was organized to introduce Turkmenistan's achievements in various fields and the high milestones of the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State.
Alongside the festival, a scientific symposium dedicated to the development of energy education within the framework of the "Belt and Road" initiative was held at the China University of Petroleum. Turkmen students also participated in this high-level forum, highlighting the importance of our country's energy diplomacy. The success of the Turkmen pavilion at Beijing's prestigious youth platform confirms the high status of our people's rich cultural heritage in the modern world.
