The Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages announces the start of the 2026/2027 admission campaign for bachelor's degree programs, aimed at training highly qualified linguists, teachers, and translators.

Fields of Study The institute offers various language learning directions:

  • Education and Pedagogy: Pedagogical education in Turkmen language and literature, as well as Russian, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Turkish, Persian, Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
  • Translation and Interpreting: Translation specializations in English and Russian languages.

Document Submission Applications are accepted from July 13 to July 26, 2026, in regional centers and Ashgabat. Candidates must submit an application to the rector, a questionnaire, the original educational document, a medical certificate, a character reference, photos, a certified copy of the employment record (if applicable), and copies of their passport and military ID.

Entrance Exam Schedule Exams are held in Ashgabat according to the following regional schedule:

  • Ahal velayat: July 29–31;
  • Balkan and Mary velayats: August 1–3;
  • Lebap and Dashoguz velayats: August 4–6;
  • Ashgabat and Arkadag cities: August 7–9. Exams are oral and held in the state language on foreign languages, Turkmen language and literature, history, or social studies, depending on the major. Failure to appear at the scheduled time or failing any subject disqualifies the candidate.
