In our democratic, legal, and secular state, which enjoys great prestige in the global community, immense importance is attached to the dynamic development of the scientific system, the acceleration of scientific and technical progress, and, in particular, the training of young specialists and scientists well-versed in modern sciences.
The annual increase in investments in scientific research, technological, and organizational innovations creates the necessary conditions for new growth. The successful implementation of state programs to increase the country's economic power depends directly on the preparedness of highly qualified specialists, including engineers and scientific staff aware of advanced technologies. In this regard, our respected President sets important tasks for Turkmen scientists and initiates effective work to improve the science and education system and implement advanced experiences and new technologies in our country. Special attention is also paid to building science and education institutions equipped with the world's most advanced scientific and technical achievements. In the year of the 35th anniversary of our sacred Independence, it is expected that two modern secondary schools and a new complex of buildings for the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute will be opened in our velayat.
In this landmark year, the conferring of the title of Professor in economic and political sciences upon our respected President and his election as an Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan in economic and political sciences became one of the most joyful events for our entire people.
