"Festa della Musica" Concert to be Held in Ashgabat on the Occasion of the Historic Date of the Italian Republic
Our capital city, Ashgabat, will once again host another high-level international cultural event. On June 3 of this year, a grand concert titled "Festa della Musica" (Music Festival) will be held at the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater to mark the historic 80th anniversary of the founding of the Italian Republic.
This wonderful evening of music is jointly organized by the Embassy of the Italian Republic to Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan. This traditional cultural event plays a distinctive role in further strengthening the cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two friendly nations.
The concert program will enchant the audience with its magnificent melodies and captivating repertoire. The following special surprises have been prepared for art lovers at the musical evening:
- Famous Italian Female Singer: Gifted Italian singer Zoe Papas (vocalist with a high-pitched voice), who is a specially invited guest, will grace the stage with her moving performances.
- State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan: The most outstanding masterpieces of world and Italian classical music will resonate on the stage. The orchestra will be conducted by the Honored Art Worker of Turkmenistan, Conductor Rasul Klychev.
