According to Sulgun Myratgeldiyewa, a teacher at the International University of Humanities and Development, cooperation between higher education institutions of our country and foreign educational organizations is successfully developing. A clear example of this is the summer study and training practice completed by university students in the city of Florence, Italian Republic.

Based on the tasks defined in the "Strategy for the Development of Higher Professional Education of Turkmenistan for 2026–2052," this trip, organized at the invitation of the Italian branch of Kent State University in the United States, yielded high results.

Within the framework of the trip, which took place in two stages, special classes dedicated to the history and current state of modern international relations were conducted in English by a professor from Kent State University for students of the university's Faculty of International Law and International Relations.
