Lebap Cement Plant: Nearly 1 million tons of cement produced in 6 months

High production performance was achieved by the employees of the Lebap Cement Plant during the first six months of 2026. As reported by the "Türkmenistan" newspaper, a total of 941.1 thousand tons of cement was produced at the enterprise in January — June of this year, which clearly demonstrates that the plant is already approaching its former annual capacity of 1 million tons.

The achieved successes prove a significant growth compared to last year. For example, in the corresponding period of 2025, 743.6 thousand tons of products were manufactured at the plant. As a result, this figure increased by 197.5 thousand tons, or 26.6 percent, compared to last year.

It is worth noting that the capabilities of this enterprise, whose annual production capacity was previously 1 million tons, have now been increased to 2 million tons as a result of large-scale work carried out. This is another testament to the steadily growing potential of our country's industrial sector.
