A new greenhouse complex built by the private enterprise “Haýyrly senagat” has been commissioned on the territory of the “Watan” farmers’ association in Kaka etrap, Ahal region. The launch of this modern facility marks an important step towards expanding the production capacity of the country’s agricultural sector.

Covering a total area of 20 hectares, the greenhouse complex is equipped with modern machinery from leading global manufacturers. Advanced technologies have been introduced to ensure efficient greenhouse operations and achieve high yields.

The new complex is designed to produce 3,500 tonnes of tomatoes annually. Seedlings required for tomato cultivation will also be prepared at the greenhouse itself. This will help maintain a continuous production process and increase crop yields.

Fruit trees are planned to be cultivated on 3 hectares of the land allocated to the greenhouse, using water-saving methods. The remaining 2 hectares are occupied by auxiliary facilities intended to meet the needs of production.

The commissioning of the new greenhouse will help increase vegetable production in the country, supply the domestic market with fresh produce and strengthen food security for the population. The use of modern technologies will also support the efficient use of water resources in agriculture and improve production efficiency.
