
"Turkmenistan" Airlines is implementing a new project to strengthen the human resources of the country's civil aviation. The national carrier has started accepting documents for training future pilots at the renowned University of the Turkish Aeronautical Association (Türk Hava Kurumu Üniversitesi) in Ankara, Türkiye.
Terms and Benefits of the Training The key feature of the four-year training program is that the bulk of the tuition costs are covered by the state. Graduates who successfully complete the course commit to working for the national airline for at least 10 years.

Students are responsible only for visa, insurance, and daily food and transportation expenses.
Who can apply? Male citizens of Turkmenistan meeting the following requirements are invited to the competition:
Examination Stages Documents are accepted until June 30, 2026. Entrance exams will be held in the first half of July (July 1–15) at the Aviation Personnel Training School in Ashgabat. Candidates will demonstrate their abilities in English, Mathematics, and Physics. The final stage will be a special interview with experts.
