The program is designed for mid-career professionals who have achieved success in the public sector and possess leadership qualities.

Combining academic study and professional development, this 10-month program offers candidates the opportunity to enhance their expertise in the U.S. without pursuing an academic degree. The fellowship covers the following key areas:

Note: Pre-graduation work experience and teaching experience are not counted. Furthermore, U.S. Embassy employees and their family members are ineligible to apply.
