The Growth Rate of Production at the Turkmenbashi Refineries Complex Continues to Increase

Currently, great achievements are being made in the oil and gas industry of our country, especially in the oil refining sector. The comprehensive work carried out in accordance with the "Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan for the Period up to 2030" makes a significant contribution to the strengthening of our national economy. In this direction, the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) of the "Turkmennebit" State Concern, located in the Balkan velayat, stands out in particular. The systematic modernization of the enterprise's material and technical base, the commissioning of new gas turbine power plants, and the introduction of innovative, digital technologies into production have made it possible to significantly increase the volumes of processed hydrocarbon raw materials. This has paved the way for manufacturing a large batch of environmentally friendly and competitive products that meet international standards. The results of the current reporting period also prove that the enterprise is working with high productivity. During the past period, the oil refining plan for the complex was fulfilled by 104.9 percent. In this regard, the set plan for the production of motor gasoline was fulfilled by 113.7 percent, while the diesel fuel production plan was executed by 108.7 percent. Furthermore, the production of lubricants was carried out by 110.3 percent, liquefied gas by 122.1 percent, and the plan for the extraction of natural and associated gas was implemented by 106.7 percent. The demand for the high-quality petroleum products produced is steadily growing not only in the domestic market but also in foreign markets. New projects aimed at the short and long-term future create a stable basis for further strengthening the capacity of the refinery complex. These days, the unified staff of TCOR is working day and night to welcome the glorious 35th historical anniversary of our sacred Independence with worthy production indicators.
