Turkmen State Institute of Culture announces student admission for the 2026/2027 academic year
The Turkmen State Institute of Culture announces the start of its 2026/2027 admission campaign for programs in art, culture, journalism, and tourism.
Fields of Study (Bachelor's programs):
- Budget-based: Acting (drama, cinema, and puppet theater), drama directing, choreography (creating folklore and national dance groups).
- Fee-paying: TV journalism, sound engineering, cinematography, tourism, hotel management, museology, art management, archaeology, and others.
Document Submission Applications are accepted from July 13 to July 26, 2026, in regional centers and Ashgabat (for Ahal velayat, Ashgabat, and Arkadag cities).
Entrance Exam Schedule (held in Ashgabat):
- Mary and Dashoguz velayats: July 29–31;
- Lebap and Balkan velayats: August 1–3;
- Ahal velayat: August 4–6;
- Ashgabat and Arkadag cities: August 7–9. Exams include a creative skills test, as well as oral exams in Turkmen language and literature, History of Turkmenistan, or social studies (conducted in the state language).
