The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan is set to launch the E-Rozilik digital platform starting August 1, designed to enable property owners to grant remote consent for citizen registration utilizing Face-ID and MyID biometric technologies. This initiative is outlined in a Presidential decree focused on the digitalization of migration and personal data management.

Through the new system, homeowners will be able to verify and confirm their agreement for both permanent and temporary residency online, eliminating the need for personal visits to government offices.

Additionally, the service is planned to facilitate several other migration-related procedures, including:

  • Consenting to deregistration (removal from the housing registry)

  • Registering foreign citizens at their place of stay

  • Obtaining international passports for children

  • Processing travel authorizations for minors going abroad

User identification will be securely handled through Face-ID and MyID technologies, ensuring that identity and consent can be verified remotely with high accuracy.

According to the Presidential decree, the official rollout of the E-Rozilik platform is scheduled for August 1, 2026.
