ANNOUNCEMENT: Turkmenabat International Airport Announces International Tender

Turkmenabat International Airport of the "Turkmenhowayollary" Agency of Turkmenistan announces an international tender in the form of a quotation request for the procurement of various types of tires for the enterprise's specialized vehicles.

Interested parties wishing to participate in the tender must comply with the following requirements and conditions:

• Submission of Application: Submit an official application addressed to the Head of Turkmenabat International Airport. The application must include:
  • Readiness to participate in the tender and agreement to pay the tender fee;
  • Full name of the participant, legal status, and bank details;
  • Registration and constitutional documents of the company;
  • Power of attorney and a copy of the representative's passport.
• Tender Fee: Participants must pay a non-refundable fee of 20 (twenty) US dollars (including VAT). The invoice for payment is provided upon submission of the application. Payment must be made within 5 working days from the date the invoice is received.
• Obtaining Documents: After paying the fee, the participant will receive all tender documents, including technical requirements.

Important Deadlines:

• Deadline for accepting applications: May 2, 2026.
• Deadline for submitting tender proposals: May 9, 2026.

Attention! Tender proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted for consideration.
