New technologies are being utilized in the construction and technical protection of gas pipeline systems in Turkmenistan. A new batch of materials used for the anti-corrosion protection of pipelines has been delivered to Turkmenistan by the specialized Chinese company Langfang Zhongyou Jiayu Anti-Corrosion Technology Co., Ltd.

According to reports, the supply is being carried out within the framework of a large-scale pipeline project implemented by the Chinese engineering company Sichuan Petroleum & Natural Gas Construction Engineering. A total of 2,000 polyethylene heat-shrinkable sleeves and 3,000 meters of specialized anti-corrosion tape were shipped to Turkmenistan.

These materials are intended for insulating pipe joints and protecting them from external influences. Their use will help ensure the reliability and long-term operation of gas pipelines.

According to specialists, Turkmenistan's climatic conditions, temperature fluctuations, and soil characteristics require high-quality insulation technologies to protect pipelines. The implementation of such solutions is aimed at enhancing the stability of the country's gas transmission infrastructure.

This cooperation demonstrates the continuation of relations between Turkmenistan and China in developing energy infrastructure and improving related technical services.
