Following an extensive overhaul and technical modernization, the Turkmenbashi Olympic Water Sports Complex in Ashgabat has been officially recommissioned. Upgraded to align fully with international World Aquatics standards, the facility provides state-of-the-art infrastructure designed for both professional training and high-level international competitions.

The indoor complex can accommodate up to 1,741 spectators and features specialized areas for swimming, diving, water polo, and synchronized swimming, supported by advanced lighting and acoustic technologies. The facility houses a 50-meter Olympic pool, a specialized 5-meter-deep diving pool, water park zones, a children's pool, gymnasiums, medical centers, and underwater video systems for performance analysis and broadcasting. With these upgrades, the complex reinforces Ashgabat's status as a major regional hub for sports excellence.
