
The Chinese sportswear brand Anta has acquired 29.06% of shares in the German company Puma. Anta spent 1.5 billion euros on the deal. According to the Hong Kong stock exchange, the Chinese brand received more than 43 million shares of the German company at a price of 35 euros per share. By acquiring Puma’s shares, Anta aims to strengthen its presence in foreign markets. It is worth noting that last week, the Chinese company’s shares rose by 1.6%.
