Eid al-Adha Prayer Times Determined in Turkmenistan

The exact times for the festive Eid prayer across the velayats and cities on the occasion of Eid al-Adha (Gurban bayramy), one of the largest and holiest holidays of Islam, have been announced in Turkmenistan. Citizens of our country will gather in mosques early in the morning on May 27 to perform the Eid prayer.

According to the designated schedule, the Eid prayer will be performed at 06:35 in our capital Ashgabat, the city of Arkadag, and Ahal velayat. Believers in Mary and Dashoguz velayats will begin the prayer at 06:25, while in Lebap velayat it will start at 06:10. In the mosques of Balkan velayat, the western region of our country, the Eid prayer will be observed at 06:45.

In accordance with the Decree signed by our Honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Eid al-Adha will be celebrated in Turkmenistan on May 27, 28, and 29, and these days have been declared non-working days. According to the document, the high-level organization of the holiday days will be ensured in all institutions, enterprises, and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership.
