During the hot summer season, the "Erteki" private enterprise, one of the leading ice cream producers in our country, has significantly increased its production capacity and expanded its export destinations. As reported by the "Turkmenistan" newspaper, starting this year, the enterprise has begun shipping its products to the neighboring Republic of Uzbekistan.
High quality and natural production
Operating successfully since 2003, the enterprise produces more than 35 types of ice cream in the capital. Among consumers, the following varieties are most popular:
Classic plombir ice cream
Ice cream on a stick
Unique desserts with added fruits, nuts, and caramel
Special brands such as "Bagtyyarlyk", "Olimp", "Kapriz", "Arzuw", "Mashgala", and "Owaz"
During the summer days, the enterprise's daily production capacity reaches 3–4 tons. To ensure high quality and ecological purity of the products, only natural raw materials obtained from local farms, such as milk, cream, and butter, are used.
Access to international markets and future plans
Representatives of the enterprise noted that in the future they plan to further expand the geographical scope of their exports:
"This year we started exporting ice cream to Uzbekistan and in the near future we plan to further expand the geographical scope of our export directions."
Currently, the enterprise's workshops are equipped with the most modern machinery imported from Italy and China, which allows for full automation of production and delivering high-quality products to customers. Today, about 40 specialists work at the enterprise.
