Glory of Akhal-Teke Horses Celebrated in Ankara
On April 24, 2026, a solemn event was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ankara, the capital of the Republic of Türkiye, to mark the National Day of the Turkmen Horse. The event aimed to further promote the global prestige of the "heavenly horses" and strengthen Turkmen-Turkish cultural relations.
Speakers noted the profound meaning of the 2026 motto in Turkmenistan: "Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan — the land of horses reaching the goal." It was highlighted that:
