In accordance with the decision of the Presidium of the High Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan, based on the policy pursued by our Honorable President in the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State aimed at nurturing a new generation of highly qualified specialists and scientists in priority areas of science, as well as elevating the country's science and education system to the level of developed nations; and based on the conclusions of the scientific councils and the High Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan in the fields of humanities, economics, law, and sociology; and taking into account his immense contribution to modern science, his scientific-production, innovative-industrial, socio-economic, and scientific-technical reforms that serve national and universal interests, his peace-loving domestic and foreign policy, and his colossal efforts in expanding international cooperation, the President of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Political Sciences Serdar Gurbangulyýewiç Berdimuhamedow has been awarded the academic title of Professor in the fields of economics and political science.
