Karim Adeyemi joins FC Barcelona

Germany national football team forward Karim Adeyemi has transferred to the Spanish football club "Barcelona". This was reported by the club's press service.

The player signed a five-year contract. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, "Barcelona" paid Borussia Dortmund 22 million euros for the transfer of the German footballer, with another 7 million euros potentially payable in bonuses.

Adeyemi is 24 years old and has been playing for Borussia since 2022. Overall, the forward has played 146 matches for the team, scoring 36 goals and providing 25 assists.

Previously, Adeyemi also played for FC Salzburg, where he became a three-time Austrian champion and won the Austrian Cup.
