In September of this year, 10 modern residential buildings will be commissioned in the "Parahat — 7" residential complex of the capital. These facilities are expected to expand the city's housing stock and provide new homes for hundreds of families.

Characteristics of the new buildings: According to the plan, the 9-story buildings to be put into operation are divided into several types based on the number of apartments:

  • 4 buildings — 36 apartments each;
  • 4 buildings — 54 apartments each;
  • 2 buildings — 72 apartments each.

Other openings in the social and scientific sectors: Efforts to modernize the country's healthcare and education systems continue. By the end of this year, the construction of the following facilities is planned to be completed:

  • Healthcare: A Stomatology Center, a 160-bed International Pediatric Center, and a 500-bed International Oncology Scientific-Clinical Center.
  • Education: A complex of buildings for the Turkmen State Architecture and Construction Institute with a capacity of 5,000 students.

Currently, the construction of schools, kindergartens, and sports facilities is being carried out at a high pace in various parts of the capital.
