
Micron Technology has announced the mass production of key components for next-generation supercomputers. Amul Info analysts highlight the significance of the 36GB HBM4 memory launch, which will provide the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform with bandwidth exceeding 2.8 TB/s. Simultaneously, Micron introduced the industry's first PCIe Gen6 SSD (Micron 9650), boasting sequential read speeds of up to 28 GB/s—a critical factor for AI training. Additionally, the SOCAMM2 memory line has been expanded to 192GB per module, enabling servers to reach terabyte-level RAM capacities with massive throughput.
