As part of Turkmenistan's socio-economic development program, modern railway station buildings will be constructed across the Ahal, Balkan, and Mary velayats to enhance transport efficiency and improve working conditions for sector employees.
Modern new railway station buildings are set to be constructed across the Ahal, Balkan, and Mary velayats of Turkmenistan. This announcement was made during a digital Cabinet of Ministers meeting by Deputy Prime Minister B. Annayev, who delivered a progress report on ongoing efforts to modernize the railway transport sector.
According to the "Watan" news broadcast, these construction initiatives are being implemented within the framework of Turkmenistan's broad socio-economic development strategy. The new facilities aim to significantly boost the operational efficiency of the railway network while establishing modern, highly comfortable working conditions for industry personnel. In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister presented relevant proposals for the consideration of the Head of State.
Listening to the report, the President of Turkmenistan noted that highly effective measures are continuously being implemented to modernize the country's railway transport infrastructure. Approving the proposals to construct modern railway stations in the Ahal, Balkan, and Mary velayats, the Head of State instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to oversee the prompt and successful execution of the projects.
